Bob Schmidt joined Million Air Dallas in October of 2005 as the Director of Flight Operations. Bob comes to us with 25 years of aviation experience. He holds an Airline Transport Pilot Certificate with several Transport Category Type Ratings. Bob has over 9,000 hours flight experience in domestic and international operations.
Prior to joining Million Air Dallas, Bob worked in Florida managing a Part 135 operation. He also was the Chief Pilot for Jet Solutions, and has held management positions at Bombardier Flexjet. In the 1990s Bob was a line pilot, instructor and flight department manager for Allegheny Airlines. In the mid 1980’s Bob began flying regional airline aircraft commercially throughout the State of Alaska with ERA Aviation. Bob also attended and graduated from the University of Alaska.
Bob has built an industry leading Safety Management System and has lead our Company to being ARG/US Platinum, Wyvern Registered, IS-BAO Stage II and was one of the first to complete the Air Charter Safety Foundations audit and be Registered.
Bob has participated in numerous FAA Safety Initiative Work Groups and Rule Making Committees for Part 121 and 135 operations over the last decade. He currently sits on the FAAs Part 135 Re-write Steering Committee, and the Operations Specifications Working Group.
Don Rickerhauser
President & CEO
Don Rickerhauser is a highly experienced executive leader and aviation expert with 35+ years in the industry. He specializes in identifying cost savings, breaking down siloed communication, streamlining scheduling, improving safety, and empowering his teams to become change agents within the company.
His subject matter expertise encompasses revenue generation, relationship building, operational improvements, and many aspects of c-suite responsibilities. He has a long history in regulatory compliance, often working with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB), and the Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA).
In his current position as President and COO, Don has taken a hands-on and collaborative leadership approach to navigate the constantly changing and extremely competitive aircraft management, charter, and fixed base operations landscape, implementing several new strategies to gain a competitive edge in the market.
Prior to this role, Don was the Vice President of Operations, where he originally came on board to Million Air Dallas to improve all aspects of flight operations, safety, and regulatory compliance. Prior to joining Million Air Dallas, he was the Manager of Safety and Security at Bombardier Flexjet where he spearheaded significant initiatives in operational safety, flight security, emergency response, auditing, and regulatory compliance.
Don possesses a Master of Aeronautical Science (Aviation Management) from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Management and Flight Technology from the Florida Institute of Technology (Florida Tech). He holds an Airline Transport Pilot Certificate with several Transport Category Type Ratings, a Flight Engineer Turbojet Certificate and Aircraft Dispatcher Certificate. Don has logged over 10,000 flight hours in his career.
Ahmad Al-Shiply
Chief Financial Officer
Ahmad brings in many years of Accounting & Finance experience in companies in a variety of industries including apparel, logistics, and aviation. This diversified work background enables him to better understand and satisfy the needs of our customers. He and his team strive for the continuous growth and success of Million Air-Dallas.
Ahmad holds bachelor’s degree in Accounting, a Master’s in Business Administration and he is licensed CPA.
Kiril Jakimovski
Vice President of Sales & Marketing
Kiril joined Million Air Dallas in August 2023, enriching our team with over two decades of diverse experience in aviation. His journey, rooted in Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, Aviation Operations, and Aircraft Production, has been instrumental in driving global revenue growth and building dynamic sales teams.
Before his current role, Kiril significantly contributed to Bombardier Aerospace and played a pivotal role in the expansion of Killick Aerospace/TES. With an Aerospace Engineering degree from the University of Texas at Arlington and an MBA focused on Finance and Strategy from Southern Methodist University, his academic background complements his extensive professional experience. Fluent in four languages, Kiril's global perspective and communicative prowess make him a key asset to our team and clients, promising an unparalleled private aviation experience at Million Air Dallas.
Steve Carlisle
Vice President of Operations
Steve joined Million Air Dallas in August of 2015 and served as Manager of Flight Operations from 2016 - 2022. In addition, Steve is also qualified as a Captain on both the Global Express and Challenger 350. Prior to joining Million Air Dallas, he spent 16 years at Flexjet as a Challenger 300 Captain, Simulator Instructor and Proficiency Check Pilot. He also held the titles of Supervisor of Training and Certificate Chief Pilot.
Jeff Zimmerman
Vice President of FBO Operations
Zimmerman graduated from Arkansas Tech University and has held previous positions with Raytheon, Flexjet and a number of aviation management companies. Zimmerman is experienced on both sides of the fuel spectrum, from procurement to supply management, and now FBO services. He strives to deliver the highest level of service to our customers.
Cara M Tolentino
Senior Director of Business Strategy
Cara joined Million Air Dallas in 2003. During her career with the company, she’s served in Line Service, Customer Service, Accounting, Charter Sales, and Charter Scheduling. Her experience working across many areas of the organization helps her excel in her current role as Director of Business Strategy, where her responsibilities include Million Air Dallas marketing and brand management, internal and external development, and community outreach. Cara holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of North Texas and is a member of Women in Aviation International. She also holds a Certificate of Management from the University of Texas at Dallas.
Kim Hexter
Director of Charter Operations
Kim has been at Million Air since Jan. 2005 and in aviation since 1998. Prior to coming to Million Air Dallas, she obtained her Bachelor's Degree from Illinois State University. After University, she attended Flight Safety Academy, where she earned her Commercial Pilot and Flight/Ground Instructor Ratings. From there, she was a Flight Instructor at Embry Riddle University in Daytona Beach, FL. She continued her aviation career by flying for a charter operator out of Champaign, IL for a few years. She has also worked in Customer Service at an FBO in Michigan prior to joining the Million Air family in the Charter Department in 2005. Since joining Million Air, she has continued her education by earning her Aviation Dispatcher License. She has been in the Charter Department since coming to Million Air, first as a Flight Specialist before becoming Manager of the Department in 2018.
Rodrigo Pezzoni
Director of Safety
With over eight years of experience in aviation safety and regulatory affairs, Rodrigo is a perfect fit to be our Director of Safety. He has a Master’s degree in Management and Organizational Leadership as well as a certified Air Transport Safety Manager. Rodrigo is also a member and mentor of the Delta Mu Delta Honor Society.
Jeff Ivy
Director of Compliance
Jeff joins us with 50 years of experience in aviation. He began his aviation career in the United States Air Force as a Jet Engine technician. From there, Jeff joined the US Navy and served for 22 years. During his Navy career, Jeff was a member of the Blue Angels Maintenance Crew and was a quality assurance factory representative on various programs, such as the F-15, FA18, and AV8B. Once out of the Navy, Jeff has held many positions in corporate jet aviation maintenance and is now our Directory of Quality Assurance.
Mark Peterman
Director of IT Programs
Mark began his career with Million Air Dallas in 1987. During his decades-long career with the company, he's served in Line Service, Customer Service, and Maintenance and Avionics Sales. Overlapping this time was his role with Million Air Interlink as Regional Marketing Manager and Quality Assurance which took him to each Million Air location in the chain. He currently serves as our Director of Information Technologies Programs. In addition to having his Private Pilot’s license and Instrument Rating, Mark holds certifications in Network Engineering and System Administration.
Brett Jones
Chief Pilot
A graduate of Southeastern Oklahoma State University with a bachelor of science in aviation and business administration. Jones has over 7,700 hours and is type rated in G-VI, G-V, G-IV, CL-300, Learjet 60 and the Learjet series aircraft. Jones is an experienced captain and previously flew for Part-91 and Part-135 operations and pilots Million Air Dallas’ G-650 jet.

. the basics- Where is Million Air Dallas located?
We are located at Addison Airport (ADS) on the north end of the runway off Alpha. Our position gives pilots quick access to Runway 15.
- How far in advance do I need to book?
With as little as 2.5 hours’ notice, we can have you in cabin and off to your destination. If your situation requires a faster departure, we will also work with you to get you off the ground as quickly as possible without compromising safety.
