Million Air Dallas, based in Addison Texas, is seeking the following full-time position for its Part 135 on-demand aircraft charter and jet management operation.
The Flight Specialist is responsible for the daily flight activities and the construction of trips for aircraft owners and charter clientele. The candidate must possess a high standard of performance, have capacity for growth, and a willingness to become a vital part of the Million Air Dallas organization. This position reports to the Director of Charter Sales.
Extensive knowledge of corporate/business aviation current practices and procedures.
Minimum of 5 years working experience in Part 121 or Part 135 air carrier operations or Part 91 corporate aircraft operations as an Aircraft Dispatcher / Flight Follower, Scheduler, or Customer Account Manager or equivalent.
Extensive experience using Rockwell Collins FOS scheduling software or equivalent.
Expert knowledge of International operations and handling procedures to include U.S Customs procedures.
Interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, employees, and management at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrate planning and organizational skills necessary to coordinate and prioritize workload.
Understanding of basic accounting practices related to charter trip invoicing
Familiarity and willingness to follow best practices for safe aircraft operations and handling
• Majority of work is completed in a normal office work environment.
• Effectively communicate through verbal, written and/or electronic means.
• Physical demands that may require a considerable amount of time include sitting and typing/keyboarding using a computer (i.e., keyboard, mouse, and monitor) and telephone.
• Physical demands may include walking, carrying, reaching, standing, and stooping
• May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, or pulling up to 25lbs
• Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.

FAA Certificated Aircraft Dispatcher License
